Would you like more security and senior-friendly comfort for living in old age? Often it is only small changes that make it possible to adapt the familiar environment to your requirements. The best thing is to take a critical look at your own four walls in time. Many comfort and safety gaps can be closed easily. Handles in the bathroom are quickly attached, loose carpet edges are quickly fixed. Conversions in the bathroom or in the kitchen are also often feasible. If you have any questions about structural changes or equipment, you are welcome to consult us. Both your tenant advisors and the Senior Citizens' Representative in LWB Social Management look forward hearing from you. Of course you can also arrange a home visit.

Sometimes, however, the own apartment cannot be "upgraded". In this case, we will be happy to work with you to find a new, suitable address. The LWB has 15 housing estates with very special services for senior citizens. In the quarters there are not only comfortable elevators, but also - depending on your needs and wishes - entertainment and care. The tailor-made service is organized by associations and organizations with which the LWB has worked for many years.
